Soft cotton like Donut Recipe with chocolate and cinnamon sugar donuts holes

This donut recipe is the best I ever tried, it is so soft, fluffy and easy to make. They are best than any donut you buy from store or famous donut bakery. cinnamon sugar donuts holes are just bonus to this great recipe. You should try this recipe and let me know what you think in the comment.

Ingredients For Soft Donut:

2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp dry yeast
3/4 cup warm milk
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups flour
1 egg
3 tbsp unsalted butter/ room temperature

Cinnamon Sugar For Donuts Holes Coating:

1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

For Chocolate Ganache Donut Coating:
1 cup chocolate milk chips
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream (bring just to a boil)

Prepare the Donut Dough:

- In a big mixing bowl add 1/2 tbsp of dry yeast, 2tbsp of sugar, and 3/4 cup of warm milk, then stir. Cover the bowl with a clean cloth for 2-3 minutes, the yeast will immediately start to dissolve, and the mixture will become silky, foamy, and bubbly.

- Then add the 1/2 tsp of Salt, 1 egg, and 2 cups of Flour. Give them a good mix.

- Knead the dough for about 4-5 min. The dough should be sticky, and soft. then add 3 tbsp unsalted butter/ room temperature and knead the dough till the butter totally incorporated in the dough. The dough should be sticky, this sticky, and soft texture will give you a soft cotton Donut that will melt in your mouth.
Sprinkle some flour over the dough to remove the sticky dough from the mixing bowl. 
- Add a few drops of oil to another clean dough bowl, then transfer the dough there. Cover, then leave the dough in a warm place for 30 minutes or until it doubles in size.

Roll out the Donuts:

- Sprinkle your table with flour. Divide your dough into10 equal pieces and roll them out into a balls.

- Place the Donuts into a baking sheet, then press them gently to a slightly flattened circle. Use a small dough cutter to cut a hole in the middle of each flattened circle, to form a Donut shape. Cover the 10 Donuts and the 10 donuts holes, then leave them to rest for 50-60 minutes.

Fry The Donuts:

- In a deep saucepan, heat vegetable oil over medium high heat, when the oil reaches 350F/175C, start place 2 donuts gently in a hot oil, do not overcrowd your pan. Turn them occasionally and fry them for about 3-4 minutes or until they turn golden brown. Repeat the same for the remaining donuts. 

- Keep the oil at around 340 degrees Fahrenheit at all times.

- Transfer the Donuts in a paper towel.

- Put the donuts holes in the cinnamon sugar mixture while they are warm. Roll the donuts holes in the cinnamon sugar mixture.

Prepare The Chocolate Ganache for Dipping the Dounts:

- Heat 1/3 cup of heavy cream in the microwave or saucepan until it just begins to boil, then pour it to the chocolate milk chips and mix them together, till you will have a glossy mixture.

- Dip the top of the Donuts into the chocolate ganache.

- Serve and Enjoy!
