How to make Best Falafel Recipe

If you Know the Falafel and you tried it before, so you know these incredible vegan balls. But if you never tried Falafel before, I totally recommend it, and I'm sure you will love this crispy delicious healthy snack. Falafel are the incredible balls made of chickpeas and herbs, It's one of the famous Middle Eastern cooking.
Falafel balls may eaten as a sandwiches wrapped in pita bread with tahini sauce and pickles, or served alone as a snack just don't forget to drizzle them with tahini sauce, or dip it with hummus.
I have tried many recipes before and keep adjusting them till I came with this amazing recipe.

Ingredients:
2 cups Dry Chickpeas
25 - 30 g Parsley
60 g  Green Onion
6 Cloves Garlic 
1- 1 1/4 cup Water
1/2 Tbsp  Coriander, grounded
1/2 Tbsp Cumin, grounded
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 - 1 1/4 cup of water
Falafel Recipe - heaven bites

Directions:
1- In a big bowl put the dry chickpeas and cover with cold water. leave them for 12 hour or overnight ,the chickpeas will soak part of the water and grow in size.
2- Wash and drain the chickpeas.
3- Add the chickpeas, garlic, parsley, and the green onion in a food processor or electric food grinders, and use the fine grinding plate. (see the video).
4- season the previous minced ingredients with salt, black pepper, cumin, and coriander and mix.
5- Add Water 1- 1 1/4 Cup till you have soft mixture that easily can be shaped.
6- Add the Baking Powder to the Falafel mixture immediately just before frying step. (if you save some of the Falafel mixture in the freezer don't add the Baking Powder to it).
7- Heat the Oil in medium heat.
8- use the Falafel scoop maker or use your hand to shape the falafel into 1-inch balls.
9- Heat a deep oil to a medium heat.
10- Fry the Falafels in batches, 4-6 at a time, for 5 minutes or Until golden brown and crispy.
11- Serve the falafel as it with hummus, pita bread, and fresh vegetable or serve it in a sandwich with tahini sauce and some pickles.

TIP:
* If you want to save part of the Falafel mixture for later use:
- FIRST : don't add the baking powder to the falafel mixture that you decide to save it for later use. 
- SECOND: put the falafel mixture in a a ziploc bag, and squeeze the excess air out of the ziploc bag with your hands, and seal the bag.
 when ever you decide to use it just take the bag out of the freezer for few hours and add the baking powder, mix and fry immediately.

* Falafel mixture is best if grinded fine, so use the smallest fine grinder plate. If you are using food processor make sure to have fine mixture before frying. You can process it twice to achieve that. The fine mixture will get you Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside.
