Chocolate Biscuit Cake Recipe - No Bake Lazy Cake

My Sister used to make this incredible sweet cake in no time, in a cylinder shape and I adore this easy lazy cake. Today I will share this incredible recipe in a real cake shape version.

Chocolate Biscuit Cake Recipe - No Bake Lazy Cake

Ingredients 
Makes about 10 servings 
14 oz (400g) Tea biscuits 

Chocolate Syrup 
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 cup Milk (add gradually)
2/3 cup Butter (soft)

 Chocolate Ganache
1/3 cup Whipping Cream (hot)
100g Chocolate Bar, chopped
 
Directions: 
- Prepare the chocolate syrup. In a medium sauce pan add sugar and cocoa powder. Stir to combine and gradually add milk, while stirring to combine well. Add the butter and place over medium heat.
- Boil it for about 7-8 minutes or till the liquid reach the half, and stirring constantly. Turn the heat off and set aside to cool slightly for about 10-15 minutes.
- In a big bowl break all the tea biscuits into SMALL pieces. Pour the syrup over the biscuits, and mix them till they well combine.
- Line the bottom of a 9 inch (23 cm) springform pan with parchment paper, then transfer the mixture in it.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- Preparing the chocolate ganache. Heat the 1/3 cup heavy cream in the microwave until it just begins to boil, then pour it to the chopped chocolate bar and mix them together, you will have a glossy mixture. 
Cover and refrigerate for about 5-10 minutes.
- pour the chocolate ganache over the lazy cake, then put it back in the fridge for 30- 60 minutes before serving. ENJOY!
