Homemade clam chicken chowder soup is easy, delicious, light and satisfying. This healthy recipe is made with a combination of vegetables, and boneless, skinless chicken breasts, it's our family’s favorite soup! In this video I will show you an easy way to make this creamy chicken chowder soup.
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
1 Chicken Breast
Salt + Black Pepper
2 Potato (peeled)
1/2 Cup Onion (diced)
1/2 Cup Carrot (diced)
1/2 Cup Corn
2 Tbsp Flour
1 Cup Chicken Broth
1 Cup Milk
2 Tbsp Parsley
Serving size 4-5
Direction:
- Add the unsalted butter to the suspan.
- when
the butter is hot add the diced chicken and season with salt, and black
pepper, Stir accidentally until golden brown.
- Add your chopped Onion, Carrot, Corn, and Potato. Continue cooking over medium heat until soften .
- sprinkle the flour, and sauté for a minute.
- Add the chicken broth.
- Bring the soup to the light boil.
- Add the milk, then bring every thing to a boil. Cover the suspan and cook them in a low heat for 12-15 minutes or till thickens.
- Add the chopped parsley, remove from heat and set aside to cool little bit. (the soup will be thicker when it cool). Serve!
