The Best Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo Homemade Recipe

Ingredients:
For chicken :
2 lbs Chicken  Breast
1 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
2 Tbsp olive oil

For the pasta:
3/4 lbs Fettuccine Pasta 
Water, salt, and veg. oil

For the sauce:
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
3 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
1 Onion (Diced)
1 lb Mushroom
1 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
1  3/4 Cup Milk
1  3/4 Cup Heavy Cream
1/4 Cup Parsley (Minced)
  
Directions:
- In a big pot add water, salt, and oil, and place the pot in the high heat, when the water start to boil add the pasta, let it there till soft. Then drain the water off the pasta.
- Place a large pan over medium / high heat, add 2 Tbsp of olive oil, when the oil is hot add the chicken, 1 Tsp of salt, and 1/4 Tsp of black pepper. Sauté the chicken for about 5 min, then place the chicken in a plate.
- On the same pan over high heat add the the olive oil, the onion, and the garlic, sauté them till soft, add the mushroom and sauté, stir occasionally till the mushroom is lightly brown.
- Add the milk and heavy cream over the mushroom, bring that to a light boil and let it cook till it's barely get thicken or for 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked chicken back to the pan + parsley+ salt+ black pepper, stir them all together and bring them to a light boil, then add the cooked pasta.
- Cover the pan and cook the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo for 10-12 minutes at a low heat. IT'S FOOD TIME!
